VLIR-UOS Scholarships for master Programmes (ICP Connect) 2027/2028

The VLIR-UOS ICP Connect scholarships fund master programmes in Belgium, covering tuition, travel, insurance and living expenses. It targets students from 25 eligible countries in Africa, Asia and Latin America and supports both initial bachelor-level entrants and various master tracks. Applicants must apply through the partner institutions and indicate their scholarship application when submitting their programme application.

Candidates must hold nationality from one of the 25 eligible countries and reside in one of these countries at the time of application; there are age limits depending on study track, and only one ICP Connect scholarship may be pursued per year.

Through the institution offering the chosen study programme, indicate that you are applying for a scholarship and submit both programme and scholarship applications per the institution’s instructions.
