Javni konkurs Ministarstva za naučnotehnološki razvoj i visoko obrazovanje RS za dodjelu 15 stipendija studentima sa invaliditetom prvog, drugog i trećeg ciklusa studija koji ostvaruju pravo na dodatak za pomoć i njegu drugog lica za akademsku 2026/2027. godinu

The Javni konkurs is a government scholarship competition awarding 15 scholarships to university students with disabilities across first, second, and third cycles for the 2026/2027 academic year. Eligible participants are regular students enrolled at higher education institutions in Republika Srpska, who are citizens of Republika Srpska or Bosnia and Herzegovina and up to 35 years old. Applicants must not be receiving stipends from other public funding sources and must meet the general and special conditions stated in the call.

Regular students enrolled at higher education institutions in Republika Srpska and Brčko District, who are citizens of Republika Srpska or Bosnia and Herzegovina, up to 35 years old, and who are in the first, second or third cycle of study (including certain integrated or multi-year programs). Applicants must not already receive another public stipend in the 2026/2027 year.

Submit the required documents in person or by mail to the Ministry’s address, using the designated application forms referenced in the call; forms and documentation must be originals or certified copies, and the deadline is 20 days from posting.
