British Council Global Grants for Climate Skills-2025

Call for Climate Skill Global Collaboration Grant is Open Now. The British Council offers grants to fund joint international partnerships between UK institutions and partner country institutions to develop structured, industry-aligned opportunities for young people (18-30) to gain green work experience or green entrepreneurship training. Grants fund collaborative projects running for around nine and a half months, beginning in mid-January 2026, with financial backing allocated to partner institutions.

Financial grants to partner institutions; strengthened international partnerships; capacity strengthening and mutual knowledge exchange; opportunities for young people aged 18-30 to gain green work or entrepreneurship experience; pathways to green jobs and sustainable development.

Eligibility mandates a joint proposal from one lead UK institution and one lead partner country institution (Brazil, India, Indonesia, Mexico, or Vietnam).
