The American University of Cairo (AUC) Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program 2027

The Mastercard Foundation Scholars Program at the American University of Cairo offers full scholarships and comprehensive support to talented African students to pursue higher education, with leadership development activities, workshops, and fieldwork experiences. The program covers tuition, stipends, housing, health insurance, and additional funding for research, conferences, and publication fees, among other benefits. Applicants must reside in an African country and hold citizenship of an African country, be 35 years old or younger at application, be a new graduate degree-seeking student meeting AUC graduate admissions requirements, have a bachelor’s degree with GPA 3.2/4.0 or equivalent, and demonstrate financial need.
