About this opportunity

The Schuman Traineeships are paid internships organized by the Secretariat of the European Parliament. Trainees are placed in offices across Europe (Brussels, Luxembourg, Strasbourg, or EU liaison offices) for a five-month period with a monthly living allowance and other benefits. There are two intake sessions each year with specific application windows.

Eligibility

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a university degree, have strong knowledge of one official EU language and good knowledge of another EU language, and must not have worked for more than two consecutive months in an EU institution previously. Citizens from EU member states, candidate countries, and in limited cases non-EU countries may apply.
