About this opportunity

The Education Changemakers Program is a leadership development initiative for young leaders working in the education sector in East and Central Africa. The program runs in two phases: four weeks of in-person training in Nairobi, followed by six months of post-training support including coaching, mentoring, and access to small grants. It aims to strengthen education systems and create a pan-African alumni network of education leaders.

Eligibility

Young leaders aged 18–35 from East and Central African countries who are actively working in or with the primary or secondary education sector, proficient in English, and first-time applicants.
