About this opportunity
A four-week intensive leadership and education reform programme for young East Africans. It is a collaboration between the Trevor Noah Foundation and the Regional Leadership Center East Africa, hosted at Kenyatta University. The program offers personalised leadership training, coaching and mentorship, access to seed funding for impactful projects, and a connected alumni network; there are no application or participation fees.

Eligibility
Applicants must be 18 to 35 years old, be a citizen of an East African country, be actively engaged in the education sector, have demonstrated leadership experience, and be able to commit to the four-week training.
