About this opportunity
The International Parliamentary Scholarship (IPS) is a five-month programme hosted by the German Bundestag in cooperation with Freie Universität Berlin, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, and Technische Universität Berlin. The program combines placements in Bundestag offices with enrolment at a partner university and a three-month placement in a Bundestag member’s office.

Eligibility
Applicants must be citizens of a participating country, be under 30 years of age at the start of the scholarship, hold at least a bachelor’s degree, have very good German language skills (minimum B2), and show evidence of social/political commitment.
How to apply
Prepare and email the required documents (PDF) to the German Embassy in your home country by the deadline; include completed application form, language proof, motivation letter, degree certificate, letters of recommendation, passport ID, and photo.
