About this opportunity
The International Parliamentary Scholarship Africa (IPS Africa) is a four-week leadership scholarship offered by the German Bundestag for politically and socially engaged young university graduates from sub-Saharan Africa to explore Germany’s parliamentary democracy in Berlin. Participants engage in academic courses, workshops, and an internship in a Bundestag office, with several benefits including a stipend, housing, and insurance.

Eligibility
Open to politically and socially engaged university graduates from sub-Saharan Africa who are citizens of the specified countries, under 30 years old, with a university degree and knowledge of German.
