University of Otago Academic Excellence Entrance Scholarship 2027 (International Undergraduates)

The University of Otago Academic Excellence Entrance Scholarship provides significant financial support for tuition and accommodation for the first year at the University of Otago. It is available to outstanding new undergraduate students who demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and community involvement, including international students who studied in New Zealand. The scholarship covers the standard accommodation fee in a residential college (approximately NZD 20,000) plus first-year tuition, with additional living cost contributions in later years.

Applicants must be New Zealand citizens/residents, Australian citizens/permanent residents with domestic fee status, or international students who completed Year 12/13 at a New Zealand school or foundation course, and must be enrolling for the first time in first-year undergraduate study.
