Application Call: DAAD Fundamental Academic Values Award 2026

The Fundamental Academic Values Award is presented by the German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) and funded by the German Federal Ministry of Research, Technology and Space. It honors early-career researchers who have made outstanding contributions to the advocacy and preservation of fundamental academic values in the European Higher Education Area. Three prizes are awarded, including monetary prizes and fully funded travel and accommodation for a conference in Germany.

Early-career researchers holding a Master’s or Doctoral degree, graduates whose degree was completed in 2021 or later, from any nationality or discipline.
