Falling Walls Lab Gauteng 2026 is a three-minute pitch competition for students and early-career professionals to present an innovative idea. The event takes place at WITS University in Johannesburg, South Africa, and is also accessible online via livestream on 5 August 2026. Participants must present in English and apply to the Falling Walls Lab closest to them.

Eligibility

Applicants are students and early-career professionals from all disciplines, 18 years or older, currently enrolled or recently graduated, with a qualifying degree within the specified recent years, and must submit in English.
