Information

The program provides up to two years of funding for Master’s or PhD study, with priority given to Master’s candidates, and covers components such as tuition, living costs, and related academic expenses.

Benefits

Full tuition and mandatory university fees, monthly maintenance allowance, books and supplies, room and board, comprehensive health insurance, and round-trip international airfare; up to two years of funding (Master’s prioritized) with potential additional support for doctoral study beyond two years.

Eligibility

Applicants must be Mozambican citizens with a valid passport, hold at least the equivalent of a U.S. bachelor’s degree, and demonstrate English proficiency and leadership potential; final-year students may apply with diploma and transcripts submitted by August 2026. Dependents are not permitted during LTE training, and previous Fulbright or Humphrey program recipients are ineligible.
