The Fulbright African Research Scholar Program (ARSP) 2027–2028 is a U.S.-funded opportunity that supports African university faculty, administrators, and research institute professionals to undertake advanced research or curriculum development at leading academic and research institutions in the United States. It offers a fully funded fellowship with access to world-class facilities and mentorship, enabling recipients to advance their research or curricular work and to strengthen their home institutions upon return.
