Killam International Research Scholarship 2026

Dalhousie University, with support from the Killam Alumni Fund, offers a Killam International Research Award to current Killam Doctoral Scholars. The award provides up to $6,000 to cover research-related expenses for stays abroad, lasting up to three months. It aims to expand global research opportunities for Killam Scholars and enhance their doctoral work.

Up to $6,000 to cover travel and living expenses related to a 3-month international research stay.

Applicants must be current Killam Doctoral Scholarship holders at Dalhousie University, have accepted or hold a Level 2 Killam Predoctoral Award, and conduct research abroad while remaining registered full-time in a PhD program.

Prepare required documents (budget, research outline, letters of support) and submit via the FGS Online Scholarship Portal by 20 February 2026, 4:00pm AST.
