Information

A fellowship programme for young Arab professionals to gain on-the-job experience within UN ESCWA, develop analytical and policy-making skills, and contribute to ESCWA’s work programme. It offers a practical placement in academia, the public sector, or international development with exposure to a multicultural UN environment.

Benefits

Round-trip economy class air ticket; monthly stipend (USD 4,000); support for residence arrangements; exposure to ESCWA and UN work

Eligibility

Applicants must be 35 years of age or younger, nationals of ESCWA member States, hold an advanced university degree (Master’s or PhD), and have interest or work/research experience in the specified fields.
