Dalai Lama Trust Scholarships and Fellows Program 2026

The Dalai Lama Trust offers two opportunities for 2026: scholarships for Tibetan students pursuing higher education and a fully funded Dalai Lama Fellows leadership program for global changemakers, including tuition coverage and fellowship activities.

Fully funded tuition (undergraduate and postgraduate); for the Fellows Program, a one-year fully funded leadership fellowship with mentorship, contemplative training, and a global network; travel, lodging, and meals covered for the Leadership Assembly; lifetime network membership.

For the Dalai Lama Trust Scholarship: Tibetan students enrolled in or applying for a minimum 3-year undergraduate or diploma program. Undergraduate scholarships are plentiful and postgraduate scholarships are available to previous Dalai Lama Trust undergraduate awardees. For the Dalai Lama Fellows Program: open to changemakers globally who can commit time to fellowship learning activities.

Applications for the Fellowship involve an online application; for the Scholarship, applications and instructions are provided via the Dalai Lama Trust offices and relevant educational branches.
