Chancellor’s National Academy STEM Ph.D. Fellowship

The Chancellor’s Fellowship supports exceptional Ph.D. students in STEM disciplines with full tuition coverage, health insurance, and a yearly stipend. It is associated with the Hagler Institute for Advanced Study at Texas A&M University and involves collaboration with national academy members and leading faculty. The program lasts four years, starting Fall 2026, and focuses on research excellence and mentorship opportunities.

Full tuition and fees, health insurance, and a $50,000 annual stipend; mentorship and collaboration with top scholars and Hagler Institute Fellows.

Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in STEM by Aug 2026 and must be admitted or applying to a STEM Ph.D. program at Texas A&M University; US residence or eligible noncitizens are required.
