About this opportunity

The Africa Agri-Food Development Programme (AADP) is a grant scheme funded by the Government of Ireland that provides matched funding for feasibility studies and for full commercial projects. It supports partnerships between Irish and African agri-food companies to develop sustainable, innovative and scalable projects in Africa, aiming to enhance mutual trade and development.

Benefits & funding

Provides matched funding to support business development, technical assistance and market growth; promotes sustainable trade between Ireland and Africa and long-term social and economic development.

Eligibility

Irish-registered agri-food companies (operational for at least 24 months) and African-registered agri-food businesses in eligible countries; commercially focused and revenue-generating.
