West Africa Postgraduate Chancellor’s Scholarship

The University of Birmingham offers a postgraduate taught master’s scholarship of £10,000 for select students from Nigeria and Ghana applying for entry to a full-time taught master’s programme starting in September 2025. The award provides a reduction of tuition fees and is limited to specific eligible fields; it cannot be used for certain programmes such as Business School, PhD or distance-learning options. The scholarship is competitive and is available to a limited number of recipients who meet the eligibility criteria.

Nigerians and Ghanaians with at least a 2:1 bachelor’s degree, who have an offer and have paid the £3,000 deposit.
