About this opportunity
The Ph.D. Fellowship on the Non-Profit Sector’s Contribution to African Economies provides doctoral researchers with a fully funded opportunity to pursue research on how non-profit organizations influence African economies. It is hosted by CAPSI at Wits Business School with support from the Mastercard Foundation, and targets female PhD students from African universities. Selected fellows receive a substantial annual scholarship covering tuition, research costs, and living expenses for up to five years, along with mentorship and collaboration opportunities.
Benefits & funding

Eligibility
Female doctoral students aged 35 or below, currently enrolled in a relevant PhD programme at an African university.
