The Martin Roth-Initiative (MRI) Temporary Relocation for Artists at Risk 2026 facilitates temporary relocation for at-risk artists and cultural practitioners in Germany or in their regions of origin. The program provides funding and support to scholarship-holders and promotes their professional development, with various programme lines including a monthly scholarship and accompanying support measures. The initiative is launched by ifa – Institut für Auslandsbeziehungen and the Goethe-Institut.
