IIT Gandhinagar SRIP 2026

An 8-week on-campus Summer Research Internship Programme (SRIP) at IIT Gandhinagar for undergraduate and first-year postgraduate students across engineering, sciences, humanities and social sciences. The internship runs from May 7 to July 16, 2026, and requires on-campus physical presence under faculty mentorship with a final report and presentation. Selected interns receive a weekly stipend and on-campus hostel accommodation (with charges).

Open to undergraduate students (1st–3rd year) and postgraduate students (1st year); applicants should demonstrate academic consistency, relevant coursework, an SOP and research alignment with faculty.

Review faculty projects, prepare an SOP aligned to a faculty project, and submit separate online applications via the SRIP portal.
