KDD 2026 Student Travel Awards

Travel awards to enable full-time student attendees to participate in KDD’26, including sessions, tutorials, and workshops. Awards are intended to partially cover recipients' expenses and conference registration is waived for awardees. Allocation is based on financial need and acceptance of the student’s publication at KDD’26. Students may also apply without having a paper accepted.

Partial travel expense support and waived conference registration; reimbursement requires submission of original invoices after the conference.

Full-time undergraduate and graduate students interested in data mining or machine learning-related research; applicants must provide valid travel documents by July 4, 2026 if requested and serve as a student volunteer onsite.

Submit PDFs via the CMT system by 11:59 PM Anywhere on Earth (AOE) June 11, 2026: CV, one-page statement, advisor reference letter, and photo/scan of student ID. Late or non-PDF submissions will not be accepted.
