Singapore-ICAO Developing Countries Training Programme Fellowships 2026/2027

Applications are open for the Singapore-ICAO Developing Countries Training Programme Fellowships 2026/2027. The programme, sponsored by the Singapore Government and in partnership with ICAO, provides fellowships to government officials from eligible developing ICAO Member States to attend specialised training programmes conducted by the Singapore Aviation Academy. The initiative has been renewed for another three years (May 2025 to March 2028) and offers fellowships (and some scholarships) to participants.

Coverage of course fees, hotel accommodation and daily allowance; participation in specialised training programmes.

Government officials who have endorsement by their reporting officer and Director-General of Civil Aviation or equivalent; states should nominate only one applicant per course.

Fellowship applications should be submitted online; deadline for each course is 16 weeks before the start date.
