Singapore ICAO Training Fellowship Programme 2026

The Singapore ICAO Fellowship provides fellowships and scholarships to government officials from eligible developing ICAO Member States to attend specialised training programmes in Singapore. The fellowships cover course fees, hotel accommodation and daily allowance for all selected participants from member countries.

Government officials from eligible developing ICAO Member States, endorsed by the Director-General of Civil Aviation or equivalent, with relevant portfolios; only one applicant per course per organisation.

Nominations endorsed by the Director-General of Civil Aviation or equivalent; apply via the Singapore Aviation Academy system after nomination.
