Information

A travel grant program to support medical students and residents to attend the American Transplant Congress (ATC) 2026. It is aimed at trainees with an interest in transplantation and includes mentorship and recognition during the conference. Recipients receive reimbursable funding to cover travel-related expenses and a curated roadmap of sessions to attend. Mentors are assigned to provide guidance before and during ATC.

Eligibility

Medical students and residents (including PhD and pharmacy students and residents) enrolled in an accredited program or residency at the time of ATC; must be an AST Student or Trainee member by the application deadline. Fellows are not eligible.

Application

Submit an application with CV/resume, an institutional letter of recommendation, and a 300–500 word statement of interest; applicants must be AST Student or Trainee members by the deadline.
