EAG Student Sponsorship

Annual student sponsorship programme run by the European Association of Geochemistry to support students training in geochemistry to attend short courses, summer schools, workshops, conferences in Europe or to undertake short research stays at a host institute in Europe. The programme awards up to 12 students each year with sponsorship up to 1000 euros per student. Remote attendance at fully virtual or hybrid events is also supported, covering registration and abstract fees for virtual participation. Analytical costs for research stays are explicitly excluded.

Sponsorship of up to 1000 euros towards registration/abstract fees for virtual events or towards travel and accommodation for in-person events or short research stays; up to 12 students sponsored each year.

Applicants must be EAG members and current undergraduate, masters or PhD students; applicants may be based in any country. For in-person participation, the event or host institute must be located within Europe.
