ACM CODASPY 2026 Student Travel Grant

A student travel grant program to partially subsidize travel costs for students attending the 16th ACM Conference on Data and Application Security and Privacy (ACM CODASPY 2026). Support is intended for undergraduate and graduate students who would otherwise be unable to attend, and awards are based on merit and financial need. Awards reimburse a portion of airfare, lodging, and conference registration up to a stated maximum. The grant is funded by ACM SIGSAC and administered by the conference organisers.

Reimbursement of a portion of airfare, lodging, and conference registration up to $1500 (maximum); possible provision of a registration discount code within the award amount.

Support is available for selected undergraduate or graduate students from all over the world; sanctioned individuals or individuals from sanctioned countries are not eligible for financial support under ACM policy.

Complete the student grant application form and attach a CV, a brief personal statement, and a letter of support from the student's research adviser addressing academic standing, availability of travel funds, and coverage of any excess costs.
