Circularising Scale-Up Project – Kenya 2026

The Circularising Scale-Up Project – Kenya 2026 is a programme implemented by Bopinc in partnership with the WE4D programme to help medium- to large-scale, high waste-producing enterprises in Kenya adopt circular economy practices while strengthening gender inclusion and export readiness. The initiative provides structured support including training, coaching, roadmaps, certification assistance, market access, and peer learning to selected companies.

Executive training and capacity building on circular economy, gender inclusion, and core business fundamentals; one-on-one coaching; development of circularity and gender roadmaps; certification and standards support (e.g., ISO 14001); market access and linkages to financial institutions; peer learning and industry collaboration.

Medium- to large-scale SMEs located and legally registered in Kenya, producing high levels of waste, currently exporting or preparing to enter export markets, with at least Kes 15,000,000 in annual revenues, and willing to adopt circular economy and gender-inclusive practices.
