Information

An 8-week summer undergraduate research internship placing students in neuroscience laboratories to pursue independent projects while attending classes on modern neuroscience and receiving mentoring on graduate school applications and careers. The program partners students with labs in molecular, cellular, and behavioral neuroscience. It includes stipend support and housing arranged through Portland State University. Preference is given to students with strong interest in PhD training in neuroscience.

Eligibility

Eligible applicants are current undergraduates entering their sophomore, junior, or senior year who will not graduate before December 2026 and who have a genuine interest in pursuing a PhD in neuroscience. International applicants must be enrolled in a US institution prior to the start of the summer program.
