IUUR Summer Research Program

An eight-week on-campus, residential summer research program for undergraduate students at Indiana University Bloomington. Participants work in small research groups (4-6) with a graduate student, faculty, or post-doc mentor across campus. The program provides hands-on research experience and mentoring and is designed for students with little to no previous research experience. The 2026 session runs June 1 to July 24, 2026.

$3000 stipend; on-campus housing at no cost; meal stipend (partial); mentorship from graduate student, faculty, or post-doc; hands-on research experience in small groups.

Must be a currently enrolled IUB undergraduate student pursuing a degree with an anticipated graduation date no earlier than December 2026.
