Känguru der Mathematik is an annual multiple-choice mathematics competition for school pupils held in Austria. It is organised at different grade levels with timed individual tests and standardised scoring rules. Top participants are listed on a national honour list, receive prizes in many schools and the best students are invited to an award ceremony at the Federal Ministry of Education in Vienna.

Eligibility
School pupils at various grade levels (primary and secondary school grades/Schulstufen); individuals may participate even if their school is not registered provided a nearby registered school or a teacher registers them and supervises the competition.
