Information

A competitive, merit-based fully-funded scholarship to study for a Master’s degree in the United States for academic year 2026-2027. It is open to diverse candidates from across Vietnam and encourages applicants from a wide range of fields, especially science and technology. The scholarship covers tuition-related fees, round-trip airfare, a monthly stipend, and health insurance. Applications are submitted online and require supporting documents including references, transcripts and English test scores.

Eligibility

Applicants must hold Vietnamese citizenship and reside in Vietnam throughout the application and selection process (dual citizenship not permitted); have at least one undergraduate degree; have at least two years of work experience after graduation by the time of their application; and have a valid minimum TOEFL iBT 79 or IELTS 6.5 or Duolingo 110 or TOEFL Essentials 8.5.
