Undergraduate Research and Innovation Competition

The Undergraduate Research and Innovation Competition (URIC) is a student research competition organized by Abu Dhabi University to showcase undergraduate research across major disciplines. The 13th edition adopts a hybrid format allowing on-campus attendance in the UAE and virtual participation for overseas students. Presentations are evaluated by a committee from academia and industry, and winners are announced at a closing ceremony. The competition aims to promote undergraduate research across the UAE, GCC and MENA regions.

Winners receive awards and valuable prizes for each sub-category to support their research endeavors.

Undergraduate students from universities in the UAE, GCC and MENA region may participate; the event targets students across all major disciplines.
