Swift Student Challenge 2026

The Swift Student Challenge 2026 is a competition organized by Apple for student developers to showcase their creativity and coding capabilities through app playgrounds. Submissions are judged based on the app playground produced by an individual, with winners invited to Apple in Cupertino for three days of experiences and insights from Apple experts and engineers. The challenge emphasizes learning real-world skills and showcases opportunities for young developers worldwide.

Winners are named Distinguished Winners and invited to join three days at Apple in Cupertino with travel and lodging covered; participants gain insights from Apple experts and engineers and opportunities to network with peers.

Participants must be eligible by age per country/region and must be registered as an Apple developer (free) or a member of the Apple Developer Program; they must be enrolled in, or recently graduated from, an accredited academic institution or homeschool equivalent, or be in a STEM curriculum or have recently graduated high school and awaiting acceptance to an accredited institution.

Submit an app playground (.swiftpm) in a ZIP file following the specified requirements; individual submission only; English content.
