Undergraduate Scholarships for Physics International Students

Scholarships of £7,000 per year are available to new international students joining an undergraduate degree in the Department of Physics for the 2026/27 academic year. The award is paid annually towards tuition fees for the duration of undergraduate studies, subject to academic progression. The scholarship is automatic for eligible students who register for year one or year two; no separate application is required. Awards cannot be deferred or transferred and are void if a student transfers out of the Department of Physics.

New international fee-paying students who register for either year one or year two of a full-time undergraduate degree in the Department of Physics starting in September 2026, who are self-funded (students with full scholarships from a government office or embassy are not eligible).
