UNESCO-UNEVOC TVET Leadership Programme (TLP) 2026

The UNESCO-UNEVOC TVET Leadership Programme (TLP) is a flagship global leadership programme designed to strengthen the capacity of mid- to senior-level TVET leaders to drive institutional and systems-level transformation. The 2026 edition focuses on leading systems change in TVET and includes modules on developing action plans, fostering collaboration, and aligning with global TVET agendas. Participants become part of a global network of TVET leaders and receive a Certificate of Completion from UNESCO-UNEVOC.

Strengthened leadership competencies, development of a results-oriented action plan for change, exposure to global TVET agendas and good practices, access to a global network of TVET leaders, and a Certificate of Completion from UNESCO-UNEVOC.

Mid- to senior-level TVET professionals with at least 5 years of experience in TVET, skills, or employment systems, proficient in written and spoken English, and with institutional support to participate.
