EJN Media Grants 2026 to Strengthen Reporting on Forest Governance Issues in Africa and Asia

The EJN Media Grants 2026 offer funding to media organizations to strengthen reporting on forest governance in Africa and Asia. Up to nine grants of 10,000 GBP each will be awarded to projects that increase media coverage and strengthen journalists’ capacity to report on forest governance topics, with a focus on including marginalized voices and highlighting solutions.

Media organizations in Liberia, Ghana, Cameroon, Vietnam and Indonesia are eligible to apply. preference may be given to applicants affiliated with professional journalists, media organizations, or journalism schools.
