13th ASEF Public Diplomacy Training 2025

The 13th ASEF Public Diplomacy Training is a fully funded training program consisting of an online course followed by a five-day face-to-face training in Singapore. It aims to enhance public diplomacy skills and understanding of Asia-Europe relations, with an emphasis on effective communication and public perception. The program includes a cultural tour of Singapore and covers travel and accommodation expenses.

Open to candidates from Asia and Europe, including early- or mid-career diplomats with a background in relevant fields; applicants should hold an MA or BA with significant diplomatic/work experience and demonstrate proficiency in English.
