The Digital Rights Litigation Surgery (DRLS) Programme is a professional development and capacity-building initiative aimed at strengthening legal responses to digital rights violations in Nigeria. It provides practical training on digital rights litigation, exposure to real-world cases, and opportunities to engage with experienced practitioners and civil society actors.

Applicants must be qualified legal practitioners called to the Nigerian Bar and show demonstrated interest or experience in digital rights, human rights, technology law, media law, data protection, or public-interest litigation.
