The Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung e.V. awards full scholarships for a Master’s degree (four semesters) or a doctoral program at a university in Germany. The program supports young academics from specified countries and provides access to a network of alumni, a seminar program, and mentoring services during studies and career planning.

Eligibility

Open to young academics from Kenya, Uganda, South Sudan, Tanzania and Ethiopia who can demonstrate German language proficiency (CEFR B2) and have excellent academic records with a commitment to democracy, pluralism and human rights.
