The Community Engagement Exchange (CEE) Program is seeking U.S.-based civil society organizations to host one or two CEE Fellows for a fully funded three-month practicum from March 30 to June 18, 2026. The program is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and implemented with support from IREX, aiming to develop leadership and collaborative skills for civil society work both in the United States and internationally.
Benefits
Three-month practicum in the United States, participation in the Leadership and Civic Engagement Academy, development and execution of a Community Engagement Project (CEP), and potential CEP Exchange activities to share learning across countries.
Eligibility
U.S.-based organizations (public institution, government office, social incubator, business, or non-profit) willing to host a Fellow for a 32-hour-per-week engagement.
Application
Submit a host interest form; selected fellows are matched and coordinated through a multi-step process including review, profile sharing, and a host agreement.
