University of Debrecen Stipendium Hungaricum Scholarship 2025

Fully funded scholarship for international students to pursue bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral studies at the University of Debrecen, Hungary. The program covers tuition, living expenses, and other costs, enabling study across a wide range of disciplines. The scholarship is funded by the Hungarian government in collaboration with the host university.

Free tuition for the duration of the program, monthly stipend for living expenses, support for accommodation, free medical insurance, and permission for part-time work (up to 30 hours/week).

Applicants must be international students; residents of Hungary are not eligible to apply. Eligibility is determined by the sending partner and program requirements for bachelor’s, master’s, or doctoral studies.
