WE-EMPOWER II Grant 2026: Up to €7,500 Funding for Projects Advancing Migrant Women’s Democratic Participation Across the European Union

The WE-EMPOWER II Grant Programme funds small-scale or larger projects led by eligible organizations across EU Member States to strengthen the democratic participation of migrant women. The programme supports activities such as capacity-building, participatory learning, advocacy, and networking, with funds provided in two categories and payments made in advance before project implementation.

Grant funds for project activities, potential coverage of staff costs, travel, accommodation, venue, materials, interpretation, and outreach; outputs such as reports and learning resources; advance payments to start activities.

Organizations must be legally registered non-profit organizations or associations, be based in an EU Member State, and be a WIDE+ member or member of the Gender and Migration Working Group; operate locally, regionally, or nationally; respect EU values; comply with Article 2 of the Treaty on European Union.
