About this opportunity
The Carlson Family Foundation invites eligible nonprofit organizations to apply for a Youth Participatory Grantmaking Program that empowers local young people to influence grant decisions. Selected organizations may receive grants to expand or strengthen programs that positively impact youth and young adults, with funding priorities in education, environmental protection, poverty elimination, and mental health.

Eligibility
To qualify, organizations must have an annual operating budget of $1 million or less, hold an active 501(c)(3) designation or operate under a fiscal sponsor, serve youth aged 24 years and below, operate within the Twin Cities 7-County Metro area, not be a current grantee of the Carlson Family Foundation, and advance equity through the foundation's priorities.
