About this opportunity

The UK Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) through its Global Research Technology Development portfolio has launched New Frontiers of Conflict Research. The initiative invites legally registered organizations to submit concept notes for research projects addressing pressing conflict-related challenges in priority regions, with budget bands up to £200,000. It aims to commission short-term, high-quality research that informs policy development and decision-making within FCDO’s conflict research programme.

Eligibility

Applications must be submitted by legally registered organizations. Eligible applicants include universities, research institutes, think tanks, non-profit organizations, policy research organizations, consortia of legally registered organizations. Individual researchers cannot submit applications independently, but may participate as members of eligible-led teams.
