About this opportunity
The Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) has launched the HELP-S programme, a £30 million funding initiative to strengthen resilience and humanitarian response systems in conflict-affected areas of Sudan. The programme targets humanitarian organisations and related actors to support community resilience, locally led action, and improved coordination over a 2.5-year period (2026–2029). Eligible organisations include international NGOs, Sudanese national NGOs, local civil society organisations, UN agencies, humanitarian relief organisations, nonprofit academic institutions, research organisations, and consortia partnerships.

Eligible organisations include international NGOs, Sudanese national NGOs, local civil society organisations, United Nations agencies, humanitarian relief organisations, nonprofit academic institutions, research organisations, and consortia partnerships. For-profit organisations are not eligible to apply directly but may participate as downstream partners.
