It is open to a wide range of applicants and emphasizes evidence-driven, cost-effective, and scalable projects across sectors and geographies. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and applicants are encouraged to submit proposals early to improve their chances of selection.

Open to NGOs, social enterprises and startups, private sector companies, research institutions, individual innovators and partnerships.
