About this opportunity

The Young Women’s Empowerment – Agrifood Leadership Education Programme (ALEP) is a one-year capacity development programme for young women aged 18–35 to gain knowledge, skills, and confidence to design and lead advocacy projects in agrifood systems. The programme combines masterclasses, mentorship, and practical project work, with grants provided to implement selected advocacy projects. Participants will be supported through a structuredExplore–Encourage–Experience framework designed to build leadership and employability in the agrifood sector.

Eligibility

Open to young women aged 18–35 who are nationals of, or based in, a country/territory with a WFF National Youth Chapter and who are proficient in English.
